石田陽佑・Yosuke Ishida

秋田県大館市生まれ。青山学院大学経済学部に入学するも、起業することを決意し半年で退学。IT事業の会社を設立するもうまくいかず、祖父が体調を崩したことをきっかけに、秋田県大館市に帰郷。故郷で双子の兄とカブトムシに熱中し、現在の株式会社TOMUSHI設立。現在では環境省のスタートアップ大賞など、多くの注目を集める。ミッションである「地球にやさしい未来」のもと、昆虫を使った廃棄物処理と資源の循環をメイン事業に活動中。
Born in Ōdate City, Akita Prefecture, he enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at Aoyama Gakuin University but decided to pursue entrepreneurship and dropped out after six months. Although his first IT business venture was unsuccessful, a turning point came when his grandfather fell ill, prompting him to return to his hometown of Ōdate.
Back in his hometown, he and his twin brother became fascinated by rhinoceros beetles, which eventually led to the founding of TOMUSHI Inc. Today, the company has gained significant attention, including winning the Ministry of the Environment's Startup Award.
Under the mission of creating a “future that is kind to the Earth”, TOMUSHI focuses on waste recycling and resource circulation using insects as its core business.
長田まき子・Makiko Osada
【出身・Hometown】神奈川県/Kanagawa Prefecture
大手グループの食品会社で、商品の旨味、塩味、甘味などの味覚のバランスを加味した美味しさの研究を行い、メニュー提案、商品企画を行う。
その後、高齢者施設で、コスト削減を視野に入れた効果的な栄養管理を行う。現在は、独立し、高齢者や、術後の機能回復・維持を目的としたデイサービスの栄養サービス導入のアドバイザー、都内の国家公務員系の病院の病院食の導入のアドバイザー、経営者層向けの仕事のパフォーマンスの上がる栄養相談、飲食店向けの美味しさの研究をベースにしたレシピ提案を行う。 同時に、順天堂大学大学院医学研究科にて、健康長寿のプロジェクトにも栄養面より参加。今回は栄養の観点から人生における重要性を訴えかける。
After working in product development and taste research at a major food company, she managed nutrition in elderly care facilities. Now independent, she advises day services, hospitals, and executives, and develops recipes for restaurants. She also contributes to a healthy longevity project at Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine.
Today, she is going to appeal the importance of meals in life from the perspective
as a dietitian.
清澤 あや・Aya Kiyosawa

国際教養大学四年生。仙台第一高等学校卒。
2011年の東日本大震災を経験し、その記憶と学びを誰かに伝える機会をずっと探してきた。震災から10年以上が経過し、風化していくことへの危機感から、TEDの場で自らの体験を語ることを決意。TEDxAkitaIntlU初の学生スピーカーとして観客の皆さんに東日本大震災を思い出す、より知ってもらうために献身的に準備してきた。Odysseyでは英語でのTalkを披露する。

Having experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, she has long hoped to share her story and reflections. Now, more than a decade later, with growing concern that the memories may fade, she is determined to speak at TEDx to ensure they are not forgotten. As the first student speaker through an audition at Akita International University, she dedicated to elaborate her Talk to move everyone’s heart. She will conduct her Talk in English.

1989年生まれ 福岡県北九州市出身 秋田県東成瀬村在住
東成瀬村より出資を受け、東成瀬テックソリューションズ株式会社（なるテック）を設立し代表取締役に就任。地域に根差したデジタル人材育成、自治体DX支援、産業振興を推進。過疎化が進む同村において、3年間で60名以上の人材採用を実現し、地域経済の活性化に貢献。官民連携のプロジェクトを多数手がけ、行政・民間双方の課題を理解した実践的なアプローチを強みとする。今回は自身の行動指針でもある人生における「目的意識」の意義を語る。

Born in 1989 in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, currently residing in Higashinaruse Village, Akita Prefecture.
With investment support from Higashinaruse Village, he established Higashinaruse Tech Solutions, Inc. ("Naru-Tech") and assumed the role of President and CEO.
He promotes the development of local digital talent, supports municipal DX initiatives, and advances industrial revitalization.
In a village facing severe depopulation, he successfully recruited over 60 talents in just three years, contributing significantly to the revitalization of the local economy.
He has led numerous public-private partnership projects, bringing a practical approach based on deep understanding of challenges faced by both government and private sectors.
He will give a Talk about the importance of sense of purpose in one’s own life at Odyssey2025.
